Description :

To act as the first point of contact for customers during kitchen/bathroom installations. Proactively support customers, resolving all inbound enquiries whilst applying a "right first time" approach. Delivering excellent customer service in line with Customer First! principles. Providing support to external project Management Teams. This role works in partnership with the sceduling team ensuring that accurate customer records are maintained.
