Description :

A leading UK Organisation is recruiting an experienced PA. The successful candidate's role within Group IT will be as PA to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Design and your job purpose will be to organise the Director's activities in order to maximise their contribution to the business. The high calibre successful individual will: Manage diary(ies), arranging and prioritising appointments and organising meetings, events and conferences. Read all inward correspondence, deciding on priorities/actions and whether or not manager(s) needs to see items. Respond to correspondence without reference, as appropriate
