We are looking for a candidate who is legally qualified with post qualification experience, coupled with extensive experience of reviewing, negotiating and agreeing contractual terms. Or you may have degree in a Quantity Surveying or Engineering discipline with a second degree/qualification or interest in Law and be professionally qualified in a construction discipline (CEng, RICS, RIBA, and CIOB), with experience in contractual terms and dispute resolution related areas.
