Developing and implementing the Change and Release Management Process for their IT Applications also ensuring all infrastructure changes are impact assessed and scheduled to ensure minimum disruption to the business. The Change and Release Manager will collaborate with the Leadership Teams involved in the Architecture, Solutions, Service and Infrastructure functions on a day-to-day basis to ensure a comprehensive view of the requirements of the business in order to design, develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure a high quality 'change and release' management strategy and process is in place.
