Job title: Commercial Sales Consultant Reporting to: Commercial Sales Manager 25k - 30k Hereford/Worcester based. Job summary: * To respond to company provided sales leads and generate own leads in order to sell relevant fire and security packages and generate annual monitoring revenue (Service contracts/AMR). * To be accountable for the consistent achievement of Installation and AMR sales revenue across all existing and potential small to medium size businesses, including Builders/Electrical contractors and Consultants. * KPI's * Achieve quote output in line with conversion rates to achieve budget * Achieve the targeted order value and margin on a monthly basis * To sell service/maintenance contracts (AMR) in line with the company targets across all product lines * Achieve the level of targeted activity, audits, liaison visits as directed by the company * Promote company products and services identifying sales opportunities for other sellers using the company sales enquiry logging system * To sell the required level of product mix in line with the sales persons targets * Achievement of set targets for company related activity, through blitz days, marketing campaign's as introduced by the company Typical decisions * Identification of target enterprise market opportunities. * Formulation of correct package for target enterprise businesses, optimising cross-selling opportunities. Core Responsibilities After initial training, you will have the responsibility of running your own case lade of costs matter, setting strategy on these and negotiating settlement/running to detailed assessment by the court. You will handle confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols. It is envisaged that as you gain experience you will increase your workload having more responsibility in running more complex and higher value cases. Key Skills The team are looking for a Paralegal, litigation experience is essential. A Law degree or equivalent is ideal, however we will consider candidates without a law degree if they have significant experience of acting as costs paralegal.
