As a Senior Nursery Leader, you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating and implementing all aspects of the day camp programme for 3 to 4 year olds. Pool Lifeguards are required to lead their specialist activities for 3-7 sessions per day on a rota basis; session planning and providing a structured environment will play a key part of this job role. The Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director are employed to take overall responsibility for the camp. You will be the people that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction, therefore you must show knowledge and experience in the product, programming, customer care, diplomacy, financial care and health and safety.
