Requirements
• A Climbing qualification and/or experience are preferred but full training will be provided.
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Must hold full, clean UK driving license having passed their test before 1st Jan 1997 with Category C1+E on licence or 21years + with a trailer license to tow a 2 tonne trailer.
• Experience working with children.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and a great sense of initiative.
As the Climbing wall co-ordinator your responsibilities will be to tow a 30ft climbing wall to each of our camps delivering climbing sessions to groups of children over 8 years old.
All camps are situated around the M25 so experience of driving in and around London would be a strong advantage. You will work strictly to a structured timetable and liaise with the Operations Manager and the Camp Directors of each camp. Part of your role will also include other operational duties.
Day Camps are located at superb venues in Ascot, Bromley, Esher, Mill Hill, Northwood, Wimbledon, Woodford, Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Richmond and Blackheath

The Schools Assistant will play a key role in the future growth of JCA and the individual will be responsible for the organisation behind the school trips and building key relations with Party Leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Re-booking existing schools/groups on future Activity Trips
- Up dating Travelink and Maximizer (our reservation and CRM system)
- Dealing with all client file administration and telephone queries on confirmation
- Checking special costings to make sure they match up with booking details
- Preparing detailed travel itineraries, group information and requirements
- Developing strong rapports with Operational staff and centre owners
- Liaising with and advising Sales, Operations, Accounts and Quality Services on any changes, additions or relevant information regarding groups travelling.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to forge close relationships with party leaders to ensure they trust that what you advise them is right for their group.
- Excellent administration skills, as the Customer Services Team are responsible for administration for all bookings after confirmed status.
- The position requires meticulous attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach.
- The applicant needs to have commercial acumen, be adaptable, reliable and flexible, with a responsible attitude and possess the ability to remain calm and cope when a problem arises.
- A basic knowledge of Word and Excel is necessary.
- Demonstrate the ability to up sell products over the phone directly to party leaders from both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a high pressure business critical environment with a desire to meet and exceed multiple company set targets.
- Outgoing, lively personality with desire to succeed.
- Ability to work additional hours as and when required (however, rarely required).

Responsible for the development and implementation of Trade Marketing Account Activity Plans for a designated channel(s) in line with the European product and marketing strategies, in order to support achievement of the channel sales budget.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
