Our season starts in April and ends in October/ November. You need to be available for the full season. We do not have any high season positions, however we are happy to accept applications for our reserve list from candidates who will become available during the season.

About the role

Your main duties will centre around the yachts, base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you must be flexible to operational requirements.
At the beginning of the season you will be required to carry out the fleet refit where you will prepare the yachts for the season, which will include painting, cleaning and repairs.
General

Completing turnaround service checks, yacht preparation and deck washing
Briefing of clients on boats mechanical systems and safety equipment
Engine servicing such as oil and filter checks/changes
Maintenance of outboards for tenders
Emergency call outs for breakdowns on any of the fleet
Safety of all clients including safety briefings


 
Flotilla

Proactive daily maintenance and checks
Assisting with the general running of flotilla


Base

Engine maintenance, checks and repairs
Maintenance and repairs to all yachts and yacht equipment/ technology

Positions are available for Flotilla, Base and Dual Role Engineers.

Requirements:

Experience maintaining diesel engines
Experience Maintaining 2 & 4 stroke outboards

Writing automated test cases using selenium webdriver using C# and Nunit.

Required skills and experience:

Computer science or engineering related degree with good knowledge of OO languages like C#.

Experience working in a very agile environment where you have to meet very tight deadlines and short release cycles (2-4 weeks).
