Our client is a city centre sales and marketing company and they are looking to expand over the summer period. They are looking for students to help them grow over the summer, working in their sales and marketing division, helping them grow their customer's brands and brand awareness while maintaining a high sales average for the firm.
No experience is necessary for these roles as we look to offer full product training from the very first day to get you working as quickly as possible.
For graduates looking more long term and not just a summer the company is looking for individuals to help them grow into the future, beginning at the ground floor level of the firm and working your way towards the higher levels of the business in a fast-track programme.
You will be working day to day with the customers and the clients, helping to generate new sales and being the face of our company.
£250-£500 per week average earnings on weekly pay.
The skills you should have are:
Attention to detail
The ability to deal with information quickly and put it to good use
Smart of appearance and punctual
The willingness to go the extra mile with that extra hour at work occasionally
The desire to get ahead and learn a new trade, expand an existing career or just simply have a great opportunity to get working in a stagnant work market.

Finance Director, Elastomeric Seals Group, Sanders Industries.
SUMMARY
Provide a brief summary/snapshot of the job.
The FD role will work in close alliance with the MD as a strategic business partner and overall partner as a positive change agent within the business ensuring rapid sustainable and profitable growth. The FD will support the company Mission, Vision and Values while leading the ESG Finance and IT department. As the leader of the Finance and IT department, the FD is responsible for all financial reporting and controls, maintenance and development of the ERP/IT system, investment control, financial planning and budgeting and supporting organization efforts in serving a diversified customer base. The FD role will regularly deputise for the MD, standing in as required to lead the NES leadership team.
TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & FINANCIAL TEAM TASKING
1. Ensure timely reporting to Sanders Industries (SI) US HQ:
a. ESG Weekly Reporting (Weekly Metrics/Weekly Summary)
b. ESG Monthly Reporting (Revenue/Flash/Consolidated Financial Statements/Top 25 Customers/Quad Chart/President’s Report – Financial Overview)
c. Complete month-end journals for Forex re-translation/Forex petty cash/Depreciation/OT accrual/Sales bonus and commission accruals/Staff and management bonus accruals/Corporation tax
d. Monthly mid-month ESG forecast to Sanders Industries
e. Review of Monthly Bank reconciliation and month end journals prepared by Financial Assistant
2. Execution of routine compliance & financial tasking (personally or through appropriate financial team delegation):
a. Act as lead contact for UK Bank and Auditors
b. Ensure proper management of UK working capital and cash needs (Treasury and Forex Management) so that NES operates within documented banking covenants
c. Conversion of excess euros and US dollars into pounds using Bank’s Forex system
d. Calculation and Proposal of year-end dividend and presentation to Sanders Industries CFO for payment prior to end of year
e. Lead the UK Year-end Financial Audit Process
f. Ensure NES complies with all UK tax requirements (Corporation Tax/PAYE/VAT)
g. Insurance – Management of annual process (including presentation of renewal to Sanders Industries CFO)
h. Ensure the finance department reviews and controls overdue debtors and credit control processes
i. Control of limited company car contracts
j. Authorisation of monthly payroll and supplier payment runs (Bankline system)
k. Quarterly review of Company Backlog
l. Ensure business complies with Sanders Industries Financial Policy Manual
m. Calculation and review of financial performance in relation to staff and management bonus plans
n. Submission of capex requests (in line with SI authorisation matrix); ensure spending in line with budget plans
o. Implementation of agreed pay increases and bonus payments (in line with SI authorisation matrix)
3. Provide financial guidance and support to CSC Finance Manager
4. Lead monthly financial review call with MD, SI CEO and CFO
5. Present financial review to NES leadership team during monthly Sales &Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting
6. Work with the MD to complete the annual budget planning cycle for ESG
7. Information Technology – co-ordinate requirements and work schedules with UK IT partners and consultants; lead contact for UK ERP system implementation
8. Management of annual utility contracts (Electricity/Gas/Telecoms)
9. Deputise for the MD
10. Contribute strategic financial and commercial analysis to help guide and inform the NES Leadership Team

• Producing period end management accounts.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity as Management Accountant you must:
• Be a qualified or soon to be qualified Accountant (Ideally CIMA).
• Have manufacturing experience and good report writing abilities.
• Be comfortable working with multiple IT systems (currently– MS Office, Crystal reports, Sage & EFACS, Gripple’s bespoke ERP system).
• Possess excellent Excel skills with good organisational ability.
• Be a flexible, team player, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Have the ability to explain financial information to non-financial colleagues and be comfortable working in both an office and factory environment.
