Verizon Business is recruiting for two experienced Senior Legal Counsel positions in our European commercial legal team. For each role, you should have 3+ PQE, ideally with experience of the telecommunications or technology industry sectors. For one of the two roles we are looking for a lawyer who is also able to speak French to the level of fluency where you would be comfortable using it on a daily basis in the office in all aspects of the role as set out below and for this role a French qualification is preferred but not mandatory. The second role is for a UK qualified lawyer and additional language skills are welcome, but not mandatory. Qualities that are required for these roles include good business acumen, pragmatic approach to problem solving and the ability to assess potential risks and consequences of business and legal decisions and to provide effective counsel to internal clients.
