Job Title: Pre-Sales Systems Engineer Location: Feltham or City Office, UK preferred This role will be working within the UKI Public Sector National Security Team. Huxley Associates' client is looking for a IPT Engineer to design & implement Cisco ICM & Avaya IVR Solutions. This is a 12 month contract based in London. You must have good technical knowledge on Cisco ICM environment including CVP, good experience on solution design & system configuration. You must have technical skills to design, configure & implement business projects that include ICM routing/CTI toolbar integrated in an Avaya IVR & ACD environment. Knowledge of Avaya Voice Portal & ACD, Realsoft UCTI, ACME SBCs, Cisco voice gateways, Cisco Gatekeeper & Toll Bypass configurations. Must have a good understanding of QoS in VoIP environment. Additional skills would also be: IP Telephony solution experience, traffic sizing using Erlang calculator NICE/Cybertech voice recording Virtulisation/VMWare Linux & Windows server platforms Rate negotiable.
