This will be a stand alone role and the successful candidate must have a keen interest in marketing and business development. The successful candidate must have working knowledge of the following areas of law (though it should be noted that this list is not exhaustive): * Wills & Living Wills * Probate * Estate Planning & Trusts * Powers of Attorney * Enduring Powers of Attorney * Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax & other personal tax issues A knowledge of the following is desirable but not essential: * 'Granny Flats' issues * Disputed Wills * Care Plans and Welfare Benefits for the elderly * Pensions * Court of Protection issues Responsibilities: 1. To manage the client relationship in an efficient and effective manner 2. To manage client work in accordance with detailed procedures and quality standards as set out in the firm's office and departmental manuals and to be Lexcel compliant 3. Job Title: Pre-Sales Systems Engineer Location: Feltham or City Office, UK preferred This role will be working within the UKI Public Sector National Security Team. As such this role will be ideal for an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong knowledge of Cisco Foundation Technology such as Routing and Switching or Datacentre technologies. The individual should also have a strong interest in business development and proactive engagement with a range of clients across Government. The individual will report to the Systems Engineering Manager for National Security and Central Government. The candidate should ideally be southern or midlands based and prepared to operate within central London and South England. A knowledge of all the key Cisco technology architectures such as Borderless Networks, Collaboration, and Data Centre/Virtualisation would be highly useful along with knowledge of business drivers in Government, knowledge of the Government vertical market and previous pre-sales experience and a distinct advantage. Responsibilities: - Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory. - Focus on strategic accounts - Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities. - Consult with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions - Deliver technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects. - Keep up-to-date on the market, competitive solutions, products and services. - Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team and provide consultative support in their area of specialization to other Systems Engineers. Skills and Experience Required: - In-depth knowledge of baseline Systems Engineering skills in LAN Routing and Switching technology and Datacenter is highly desirable. - Must have good underlying knowledge of the Cisco Architectures - Competitive knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings. - Proven track record of customer driven data networking consultancy is essential. - Cisco certification of CCDP is highly desirable. - SC - Security Clearance or DV - Clearance highly desirable. - Strong relationship management skills - Strong communications & presentation skills - Strong negotiation skills - Comfortable applying business acumen and financial expertise to assist identify & qualify selling opportunities as part of an account team. - Uses Return On Investment concepts to justify Cisco solutions - Demonstrable ability to drive adoption of Cisco technology solutions through channel partners, and into customers. - Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications. - Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team. dv sc security cleared presales engineer ccdp

Job Purpose and Summary The European Product Sales & Price/ Profit Director will provide excellent leadership in driving European business for Canon's Consumer Imaging ( CIG) product categories. The key elements of the role are: defining clear product/ market strategies and targets, approving or suggesting business support initiatives, monitoring and communicating product/ market status to the management team, and taking action when needed. We are looking for excellent communicators with commercial drive and strong leadership qualities for this fast-paced and exciting role. Responsibilities and Tasks - Manage Pan-European Product Sales & Price/Profit departments (plan, coach, monitor, motivate, and be a key part of decisions). - Close communication and collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and country organisations in order to maximise overall Consumer Imaging business development. - Be the communication channel to the management team and key internal stakeholders regarding business status. - Present innovative ideas and business process proposals. - Be at the centre of the CIG business process (Budget, forecasting, business planning) with strong teamwork with all relevant internal stakeholders. - Ensure Price & Profit team's processes are aligned to internal and country business planning process and strong alignment and compliance with Finance processes.
