Required Skills and Qualifications * Degree/qualification in Law or related field preferred * Experience of thinking broadly and executing tactfully in a privacy role/environment, in line with the requirements of the business. * Pan-European experience of developing and implementing policies and framework that provide robust governance of information preferred. * Knowledge of EU information governance, data privacy laws and regulations including international data transfers * Experience of negotiating data privacy contracts such as Model Clauses * Technical knowledge and experience of ERP systems preferred * Strong commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of information risks and threats. * Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using tact and diplomacy. * Demonstrated organization, facilitation and presentation skills.
