Our client representation techniques involve meeting with customers where they work, live and shop, so you will be expected to have strong communications skills and be willing to expand comfort zones. In addition to enhancing your customer service skills, we also include basic marketing and sales techniques and you will have the opportunity to develop personally too. We also offer a business development program to those looking to further progress with their career. If selected, you'll oversee daily business operations (administration/ finances/ client relations/ business management/ etc) as you prepare to take on your own project.
