As a Senior Nursery Leader, you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating and implementing all aspects of the day camp programme for 3 to 4 year olds. You will lead a small team of staff, allocating, activities, duties and supervision rotas. You must have experience in customer care enabling you to efficiently deal with parental concerns. You are also required to have knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS, including the provisions set out in the Children's Act. Qualifications required *Are you over 20 years old? *Do you hold a level 3 qualification in childcare e.g. CACHE, NNEB, BTEC, NVQ, Primary Teacher, Montessori or equivalent with at least 2 years childcare experience? *Do you want to gain great experience in nursery nursing and primary teaching and have a valuable addition to your CV? *Are you enthusiastic, caring, and conscientious, with good man management skills? Super Camps are running multi activity day camps for children aged 4 - 14 years. As the leading provider in this field, our fun packed camps are located in over 80 schools nationwide each offering excellent facilities! As an Activity Instructor you will be assigned to lead a variety of different arts and sports activities; adapting your skills and experience to work with different age ranges throughout a season. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, description of responsibilities as follows: * Adhere to processes and procedures whilst the children in your care continually have a fun, stimulating and safe time * Plan and deliver a variety of activities with structure and enthusiasm; encouraging maximum participation * Deliver a structured and enjoyable activity period during drop off and pick up time * Additional duties will include registering crews, cleaning and kit maintenance Requirements: * Ideally qualified or studying towards a sports/coaching, creative and/or teaching/childcare qualification * Previous experience working with children * Enthusiastic and organised with excellent communication skills and good use of initiative * Flexible, team player willing to take on various tasks as required Selection and Appointment process: If your application form is short listed you will be contacted by our HR team who will speak to you further about your experiences.
