At A Glance The CRM Planner is responsible for recommending and planning customer database selections to support marketing activity. They will use historical analysis and customer segmentations to optimise targeting and ROI, as well as supporting the forecasting of campaign performance. They will also take ownership of the supply of accurate customer data for personalised data driven activity. What You'll Be Doing Data planning & reporting * Scheduling and prioritisation of campaign planning requests to ensure data is delivered accurately and on-time. * Work with CRM & Analytics team to make recommendations on the contact strategies (e.g. segmentation, targeting, response forecasting) * Use past campaign performance, business knowledge and customer insight to optimise campaign targeting and so maximise the ROI. * Produce data selections to provide customer data for marketing and research activity. * Take the lead in ensuring the supply of accurate campaign data files through cross-functional working with CRM, Analytics and external creative agencies. * Ensure that all campaigns and tests are constructed to allow for meaningful analysis and measurement of incremental ROI. * Take a proactive approach to recommending enhancements to current campaign targeting and use of customer data to drive enhanced content. * Produce timely, meaningful and insightful performance evaluation reports for relevant CRM activity (typically standard campaigns) to help assist future investment and development decisions. * Constantly challenge working processes to ensure maximum efficiency. * Ensure that all campaigns and extracts adhere to Data Protection Act procedures and processes, rules of engagement and customer contact preferences. * Undertake UAT of system developments when required. * Ensure that ad-hoc customer marketing suppression requests are applied on the CSV. Database management * Help ensure the SCV is regularly updated as planned, content and reference data is accurate and always in line with internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Produce regular management information reports to proactively identify data issues with the SCV. * Proactively identify and investigate data quality issues and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve the problems. * Apply Data Protection Act procedures and processes. * Help brief new developments in line with business needs and opportunities, and undertake User Acceptance Testing of system developments as and when required. * Undertake other activity as and when required. Key Relationships (Internal & External contacts) Internal * Database Manager - line manager * CRM, Retail, Insight and OTM teams - drive data enhancements & delivery to meet requirements for campaign planning and execution. * Wider Marketing, Retail, Overseas, Customer Support stakeholders - drive data enhancements & delivery to meet their business requirements. * Analytics team - campaign performance analysis External * Database agency - supplier management, budget control and development prioritisation. * Marketing agencies - understanding of TUI data, testing campaign output. Super Camps are running multi activity day camps for children aged 4 - 14 years. As the leading provider in this field, our fun packed camps are located in over 80 schools nationwide each offering excellent facilities! Early Years Coordinators The role of the Early Years Co-ordinator is to deliver the EYFS on our Multi Activity programme. Working alongside the Site Manager you will be the primary contact for parents and the younger children during their time at Super Camps. Responsibilities: Acting as the key person for all Early Years activity on camp this will include:- * Setting up a Base Room/Area that is suitable and inviting to hold your sessions throughout the weeks. * Creating a timetable with the planners provided and your own initiative, alongside the Site Manager. * Manage the Early Years sign in/sign out area, giving feedback to parents/guardians on observations made from the day. * Deliver the Early Years sessions with structure and enthusiasm; encouraging maximum participation whilst following the Ofsted EYFS guidelines. * Undertake additional duties such as supervision of children during non-activity time, cleaning and ongoing maintenance of your equipment. Early Years Coordinator Requirements: Educated to degree level or at a minimum Level 3 in Early Years with experience, skills and attributes as follows: * Previous experience ideally within a supervisory role * Previous experience teaching/coaching reception age children in Sports, Play and Art and Crafts * Enthusiastic and organised with excellent communication skills * Caring, energetic and outgoing with good use of initiative * Flexible, team player willing to take on various tasks as required Selection and Appointment process: If your application form is short listed you will be contacted by our HR team who will speak to you further about your experiences. If selected, you will be required to complete an on-line test based on our online training programme. Following this you will be required to attend a Central Training Day (Based in Oxford, London, Manchester or Birmingham). Finally before you start work you will need to attend your Site Specific Training and Set-up day (Located at school you will be working at - paid training day) Pay for Early Years Coordinators: 300 - 350 per week depending on experience and qualifications. This will be discussed at time of interview if applicant is successful. Pay for Early Years Play Instructors: 251.15 to 306.60 per week for 21 year olds and over Hours: Our Early Years Co-ordinator will ideally work 8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday) and our Early Years Play Instructors from 8am to 5.30pm or 8.30 to 6pm (Monday-Friday) This will vary depending on the size of the site you work at, and other members of the Early Years team. Additionally..... All sites require a Paediatric First Aid trained person. This individual will be appointed to take on this responsibility on top of one of our Instructor roles (an additional 25 per week will be paid if you take on this responsibility). If you are qualified please express this on your application form and verify the expiry date If you do not have a relevant First Aid qualification but would like to gain one, Super Camps run a number of 2 day Paediatric First Aid Training courses so please express your interest.
