Skill Sets Required Previous experience of working in a customer facing role working with all or some of the skills listed below: Windows 7 Desktop Support / Server Support / Active Directory / Exchange Server / Cisco Call Manager / IP Telephony Support / IPad Technology /MS Office Applications You will also require good understanding of all aspects of IT with a good working knowledge of Networks and IP as well as being able to fault find PC's and MS Office based Applications and displaying common sense willingness to learn and progress your career within the IT Support / Telecoms Arena If you are MS Certified it will obviously be a great bonus and advantage but this is not an essential requirement as the client is really interested in your hands on experience rather than your technical qualifications. Working Hours You will need to be prepared to work shifts between the hours of: 7 am-3 pm and 11:00am-7pm 8 am - 4 pm 10 am to 6 pm Overtime served between Monday and Saturday will be paid at 1 time and a half your standard rate and double your standard rate if you do overtime on a Sunday Salary 23000 with opportunity for lots of overtime Health care and mobile phone provided after the first 6 months of employment. We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide day to day IT support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the firm's infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact in IT, dealing with first and second line support issues and escalating problems to the IT Manager as necessary.
