My client is a long-established business with a turnover in excess of 140 million across multiple production sites. They are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant who is a strong team-player and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for: managing and developing the Purchase Ledger team, and Assistant Accountant; maintaining and developing key financial and operational controls; preparation of weekly performance reports, monthly and annual accounts, and taxation information; providing financial support to Directors, Managers and their staff, particularly regarding the management and forecasting of the cost base; capital project evaluation and reporting. You must be a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and must have proven experience in both accounting and in a people management role. The successful candidate will have a high level of ability in Excel and ability to maximise the use of a modern ERP system. We are looking for a positive, analytical, can-do person who can work effectively in a fast-paced business environment whilst maintaining great attention to detail. Conveyancing Executive to work in our Lender Services Practice Group in our Northampton office.
