Calling all SALES ADVISORS, SALES ASSISTANTS, SALES EXECUTIVES... First Class Concepts in Glasgow is an outsourced sales and marketing firm looking for 10+ people with great sales or customer service skills and a desire to succeed! Are you at least 18 years old & looking for an opportunity to put your sales or customer service skills to use? Are you able to commute to Glasgow City Centre & looking for a fast-paced environment where you can achieve your career goals? If so, we'd like to meet you! Our current telecoms client has grown rapidly through acquisition and organic growth, and they want to continue that growth in 2012. They believe in providing the best value to homes and businesses by offering competitive pricing and innovative products backed by good service. We're looking to increase representation for them in the GLASGOW area so they can increase their market share and enhance their image! We provide new customers for them on a daily basis by meeting with people face-to-face. This allows us to take time to explain their options clearly and assist with the registration process. We're also looking to expand into additional markets so that we can service our client in other parts of Scotland and the UK. We have a Business Development Programme in place to provide ambitious people with the opportunity to oversee a new market. This is ideal for graduates or people with an interest in business management. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent customer service skills (sales experience is helpful, but not necessary!) * Must be over 18 (in order to sign-up new customers) * Telecoms or Broadband knowledge is helpful, but not required * Full time availability is ideal because the more you put in, the more you get out * Smart dress and a professional attitude are encouraged * Must be able to work independently and within a team environment We even offer product-training workshops and ongoing guidance to ensure you are set up for individual success.
