As our Contact Strategy and Dialler Analyst you will be responsible for designing and delivering improvements in our contact effectiveness with our customers through voice, SMS, Email and new media. You'll build solutions with our technology partners as well as measuring and maintaining the effectiveness of our existing portfolio of contact methods. You will drive operational focus based on your findings and use an innovative approach to come to the best solution. Skills and Experience: Essential *Some knowledge of T-SQL programming in SQL Server or PL/SQL programming in Oracle *You hold a degree of 2:2 or above *You are able to demonstrate strong numeric and verbal reasoning skills and a logical approach to problem solving *You are a self starter who is able to take an idea from concept to delivery and measure the results *You need to be a collaborative team player who thrives in an open and dynamic environment. You are able to communicate effectively at all levels and pitch your oral and written communication at the right level depending on your audience. You are assertive enough to get your voice heard and remain focussed on delivery and solutions.
