Travelbound is one of the UK's leading School Tour Operators providing schools with tailored Educational tours to Europe and Worldwide. Travelbound is positioned within the Education Division of TUI's Specialist and Activity sector. Working closely with all members of the Sales team you will provide vital support to the team, helping with the day to day administration to assist in winning bookings and increasing our market share. You will also provide specific support to allocated sales team members to allow them to perform their roles as efficiently and successfully as possible. You will assist in loading quotes on Travelink, maintaining correct information on Maximizer and during busy times help contact clients and school bursars on behalf of the Account Managers. Other duties which will filter down from senior sales staff will also come under the remit for your role which is seen as a crucial development for the smooth running of the team.
