Educe Worldwide have been a market leader in customer acquisitions for Energy Efficiency upgrades for 2 years and we play a vital role in obtaining over 3000 properties a week across the UK on behalf of our blue chip clients through our residential sales/surveying campaigns. We are looking for 10 people to learn all aspects of home insulation and property surveying in order to advice customers of potential grants for insulation upgrades to their property. NO QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE ARE NECESSARY!!! SEND YOUR CV FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION!!! Educe Worldwide are looking for 10 self-motivated, ambitious and passionate individuals to work with our award winning energy efficiency division. We aren't concerned about your qualifications or experience as full product-training is provided. (Plus, our client offers free surveying lessons once someone has proven their ability to screen clients and determine if they qualify for insulation grants.) We do not actually sell our clients products to their customers, but sales skills can also be helpful! The most effective way to make a property more energy efficient, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and fuel bills, is to insulate the loft and cavity wall. There are still 2 million properties in the UK that don't have sufficient insulation and our mission at Educe Worldwide is to find those properties, conduct a survey, and advise the home owner of potential grants to upgrade the insulation in their property to make it more energy efficient. You will start by pre-qualifying customers and generating leads for our client (face-to-face, not on the phone). You will also provide detailed analysis back to our processing department. Once you are able to produce consistent results, you'll have the opportunity to conduct property surveys on our client's behalf and sketch the properties. We will aim to develop your skills in different areas, including customer screening, appointment booking, property surveying, leadership, sales and customer service. We also offer ongoing guidance and support to ensure you develop as quickly and effectively as possible. We even offer Business Development for ambitious people looking to grow and eventually oversee one of our projects or markets. We inspect cavity walls, lofts, water tanks, pipes, joists, vents, and gas fires. Our main priority for this campaign is to ensure that new builds are up to regulation standards, that customers on benefits receive the correct information about insulation grants, and that there is widespread knowledge on the 2011 Carbon Footprint Initiative. You will learn all aspects of home insulation and property surveying in order to advise customers of potential grants for insulation upgrades to their property. Increasing customer demand to reduce carbon emissions plus utility funding for cavity insulation has resulted in a new division for our company! Whilst we are traditionally a marketing & sales organisation, our client in the energy efficiency industry has unique needs. We are looking for 15 self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our successful division of lead generators and surveyors in the Glasgow area! Your daily activities will involve: *Lead Generation: - Meeting with potential home owners face-to-face to explain our client's products and services *Generating leads and getting referrals for potentially qualified homeowners *Basic customer service, answering queries and scheduling surveying appointments Once you've proven a solid understanding of the client's product and can prove you are able to source new customers, we will provide surveying training so you will be able to conduct property surveys. Once at this stage your daily activities will involve: - *Following up on leads to determine if the property qualifies for the government scheme *Taking measurements and sketching the property *Scheduling an appointment for the customer's loft insulation No previous experience or qualifications are necessary as we will provide full product training through both practical and theoretical workshops.
