At a Glance: Using your responsible leadership skills, you will motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets. You will encourage your team to offer the highest standards of customer service whilst ensuring the efficient running of the travel shop. What You'll Be Doing: For our customer You will interact daily with customers to make them feel special and valued, and will personally deal with any complex problems that may arise in order to maintain their loyalty and trust, whilst supporting your team. For our company Providing commercial vision, you'll lead and develop your team ensuring they consistently hit all targets and maximise profitability. Ideally, you'll be an experienced manager with a background in travel, but it will be your track record in sales and ability to inspire your team that will set you apart.
