SIA Licenced Door Supervisors - Casual, Aberdeen Hourly rate: 8 - 10 per hour on average Make going to work an amazing event! If you have previous experience and are looking for a Door Supervisor job with more buzz, you could be working at some of the most prestigious venues in Aberdeen, including the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre and the Aberdeen Music Hall. Flexible work to suit your lifestyle. The hours of work vary but most working hours are in the evening or over the weekend. You will form an essential part of the venue safety management team, controlling entry and maintaining good order whilst being aware of and ensuring the absolute care, comfort and well being of all audiences. You will screen individuals for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, search bags and persons as required and responding to incidents within crowds, queues or audiences to control behaviour which is antisocial, undesirable or likely to result in harm to others. You must hold an SIA Door Licence and have previous experience. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, a lively outgoing personality and the confidence to deal with any situation. Most uniform will be provided but you will need to provide your own black trousers, black shoes and a white shirt/blouse.
