Job Description Working a winter in childcare as a Pepi Nanny with Crystal Ski is a great way to use your childcare qualification in the exciting environment of a ski resort. You will be working with a team in one of our kids clubs, caring for our youngest customers ranging from 6 months - 4 years in our Pepi Penguin Club. We want all the children in our care to have a safe and fun holiday and you are responsible for providing a stimulating, caring and safe environment to the highest standards. Pepi Nannies can also be employed as Crystal Private nannies in the customer's chalets, at times you may also be needed to help care for the 4-11year old children in the Whizz Kids Club. Pepi Nannies need to be qualified in childcare to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, hold a valid First Aid certificate and be CRB screened. Previous experience in childcare and the package holiday environment is an advantage. Being able to ski is not crucial but a desire to learn will mean you have a fantastic winter season. Job Description Working a winter in childcare as a Whizz Kid Assistant with Crystal Ski is a great way to use your passion for childcare in the exciting environment of a ski resort. You will be working with a team in one of our kids clubs, caring for our young customers ranging from 4 -11 years old in our Whizz Kid Club. We want all the children in our care to have a safe and fun holiday and you are responsible for providing a stimulating, caring and safe environment to the highest standards. Whizz Kid Assistants give the children an active and exciting experience with bum boarding, snowman building, arts and crafts and drop offs and pick ups from ski school. Whizz Kid Assistants need to have previous experience of working in childcare, hold a valid First Aid certificate and be CRB screened. Previous experience in the package holiday environment is an advantage. Being able to ski is not crucial but a desire to learn will mean you have a fantastic winter season. Please make sure that if you apply for this role you have copies of your childcare qualifications as well as a valid First Aid certificate (or be booked on a First Aid course) as you will need these for your interview. Requirements Essential Previous experience working in childcare. Valid First Aid certificate. Passion for childcare. Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner. Ability to work unsupervised with a strong attention to detail. Team player Desirable Professional childcare qualifications. Second language in French, German or Italian. Previous experience of working in a ski resort or package holiday environment. The Package Working for us overseas is a great experience.
