Job Purpose and Summary To actively influence assigned partners service operations to successfully improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their service offering. Review product performance and development of partners service offering by regular review of accompanying services. Development of partner technical resource enabling them to have optimum product and support. Develop, implement and actively promote Canon service offerings, product and any tools for Canon partners. Provide partners with Health and Safety guidance/requirements and assessment of any other management and performance standards. Grow service incomes from assigned partners through promoting and supporting Canon product sales of genuine Service Drums and Consumables. Development of documents and procedures as appropriate to the services provided to and delivered to partners. Development of relationship between Canon and Partners.
