Job Description As a Crystal Ski Resort Rep you will ultimately be the face of the company and be directly responsible for making sure the customers receive a fantastic ski holiday. Life as a Ski Rep is really great fun but its also a lot of hard work. Although you get to spend time on the mountains and enjoy the atmosphere of a ski resort, you also need to be ready to deal with a variety of work in an often challenging & problematic environment. Your work will involve conducting welcome meetings, facilitating airport transfers, dealing with queries & complaints, selling extra packages, dealing with resort admin, organising Aprs events and ski guiding with your guests. Crystal Ski Reps work long hours and will often be faced with demanding situations that require a mature and professional manner. We're looking for well organised, practical people with bags of energy and enthusiasm to join our winning team, good people skills are vital as is previous sales and customer service experience and the ability to ski or snowboard to a good level. Requirements Essential Evidence of customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles. Proven experience within a target sales environment where you have worked to individual and team set targets, including evidence of upselling. The ability to problem solve efficiently & effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner. Flexible working approach with the ability to adapt to any situation. Ability to ski or snowboard confidently with guests down red runs. Desirable Second language to a conversational level in either French, German, Spanish or Italian Previous experience in the tourism industry. Our high-visibility client is looking for a dynamic individual capable of thriving in a fast paced environment to support the business as a Windows Data Center Associate Systems Admin. This individual must have experience providing support for Servers and networks in complex production data center infrastructure environments. The duties of this position are to prepare, implement and maintain Servers and networking hardware in a large-sized, heterogeneous computing environment made up of standalone, virtualized, and clustered Servers. OVERVIEW: * Wintel server installation, support and administration including: physical server and virtual server setup, OS installations, and troubleshooting * Assist with the maintenance of inventory databases for all equipment including hardware, software, node/IP addresses etc. * Work with various GIS delivery teams to ensure that all Server Side configurations associated connectivity requirements are met prior to server * introduction into various environments such as AD/LDAP, SAN, SQL, backup, monitoring, clustering and HA environments * Coordinate with network engineering, business application, and database administration teams to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of systems and infrastructure to meet company objectives * Assist storage teams to with the management of NAS and SAN storage arrays, SAN switch fabric and server storage allocation requirements * Assist remote based network engineering and platform services teams to perform hardware and software maintenance on equipment located in the data centers * Utilize change management systems to properly schedule and document infrastructure changes * Develop and maintain policies and procedures in regards to configurations, installations and systems for IT staff * Work to meet or exceed team based SLA's and KPI's around delivery and support * Work with a team of project managers, project coordinators and inventory specialists to ensure successful delivery of server, network and data center based projects QUALIFICATIONS: * 4+ years of Windows System Administrator experience * Significant experience with multiple versions of Windows Servers including demonstrated expertise in physical hardware installation, operating system installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance * Proven experience installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows on various models of HP, Dell and IBM Wintel server hardware * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to perform the physical installation and decommissioning of equipment including Servers, network components and data center infrastructure gear * Solid knowledge of computer systems and connectivity requirements for the installation and maintenance of data center infrastructure components * 2+ years direct work experience in data center support role, including all aspects of support required for Windows OS support in a heterogeneous environment * Experience working with Active Directory, domain services and application installation and support * Solid experience working with server, network, storage and communications equipment, protocols (ie DNS and TCPIP), transmission media, security and network management practice * Demonstrated experience installing, administering, maintaining and troubleshooting Servers running Windows Server (2003/2008) * Solid technical knowledge and experience supporting Servers and infrastructure devices in a production level data center with a complex TCP/IP network * Experience working with Servers in a SAN environment * Good Microsoft Office skills and knowledge * Experience with Wintel hardware * Good understanding of network principles * Experience setting up server racks, copper and fiber cabling for SAN server and network infrastructure * Excellent interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, adaptability and skills in recognizing politically sensitive situations * Solid administrative and communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent problem solving skills, ability to take ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly * Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-pace environment with constantly changing priorities * Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field * Microsoft OS and related certifications: MCSE, MCP * VMware/networking/Linux experience preferred * Hardware certifications: HP G Series (mainly G6 and G7) certifications, IBM iDataplex and Blade server related certifications preferred

Job Description As a Weekend Rep with Crystal you will work part time, usually for three days over the busiest period of the week. During that time you will be the face of the company and will be directly responsible for making sure the customers receive a fantastic ski holiday. Life as a Weekend Rep is hard work but great fun as you must be ready to deal with a variety of work in an often challenging environment. Your work will involve conducting welcome meetings, facilitating airport transfers, dealing with queries, selling extra packages, dealing with resort admin, organising Aprs events and ski guiding with your guests. Crystal Weekend Reps work long hours and will often be faced with demanding situations that require a mature and professional manner. We're looking for well organised, practical people with bags of energy and enthusiasm to join our winning team, good people skills are vital as is previous sales and customer service experience and the ability to ski or snowboard to a good level. Weekend reps receive a package of benefits but are not paid a salary. Requirements Essential Evidence of customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles. Proven experience within a target sales environment where you have worked to individual and team set targets. The ability to problem solve efficiently & effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner. Flexible working approach with the ability to adapt to any situation. Ability to ski or snowboard confidently with guests down red runs. Desirable Second language to a conversational level in French, German, Spanish or Italian. Previous experience in the tourism industry. Ability and confidence to drive in a ski resort environment. The Package Working for us overseas is a great experience.
