You will be responsible for verifying safety and protection systems prior to reinstallation and putting machines back into service. Duties will include but not be restricted to:- - Assessment of the test and commissioning areas of the tender agreement - Preparation of test and commissioning programme in adherence to company and client requirements - Preparation of suitable test equipment to complete project on customer site - Conduct site testing - Preparation of commissioning reports - Preparation of method statements and QESH documentation - Management of some small projects as allocated Candidates will be required to demonstrate or meet the following:- - Degree / HNC / HND within a relevant subject (or equivalent) - Background as a Test Engineer dealing with electrical machines (rotating) - Background testing large machines - Knowledge and application around IEC 60034 This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leading organisation during a period of growth.
