The Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director are employed to take overall responsibility for the camp. You will be the people that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction, therefore you must show knowledge and experience in the product, programming, customer care, diplomacy, financial care and health and safety. Transport (selected camps) * Co-ordinating all transport to and from camp * Briefing all camp staff regarding their transport duties * Ensuring strict safety and security guidelines are met for all campers leaving site. * Ensuring all parents are informed of pick-up points and times * Liaising with the appropriate coach companies to ensure transport efficiency.
