The Role

This key role in the EMEA management team will report to the Regional Director - EMEA, and will lead the region's consulting, implementation and customer support activities to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenues. The prime role involves the implementation of projects of varying sizes, providing applications and technical services and working closely with sales managers to win new business. This role encompasses responsibility for developing the services business and discussing service standards with existing and prospective customers, as well as leading and motivating the team (c 12 and growing) and liaising with international colleagues. Success will be measured on performance in achieving project and financial goals, leadership and development of a quality team, customer satisfaction, innovative problem solving, quality processes and overall contribution to the management team and success of the global business.

The Person

We seek a talented, experienced and energetic services leader who has the enthusiasm and drive to continue the development of a highly successful EMEA team. Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, project management and relationship management skills combined with strong leadership qualities. Your experience will have been gained in the applications software industry and exposure to healthcare and international markets will be an advantage. Ability to manage customer expectations and control complex projects is essential, as is good all round expertise in project and related risk management in the widest sense.
