Oracle 11.5 Functional Consultant - HR/CRM/HRMS - Gosport
Oracle 11.5 Functional Consultant (HR/CRM) required to work in a team responsible for maintaining and supporting the core Oracle HRMS/Payroll application. This role resides on one of our secure government sites in Gosport.
In ths role you will accept functional tasks, and be responsible for providing technical specifications as required and for carrying out configuration and formula changes required as a result of new development or production support.
The ideal canidate will have a solid background in Oracle HR/CRM, and have full project lifecycle implementation expereince.
In addition this you will have expereince coving the following areas:
* Functional hands-on experience in HRMS Oracle Module (Oracle Release 11.5 preferred).
* Knowledge of Self-Service (Personalisation & Architecture)
* Ability to provide sound functional solutions to problems that meet Oracle forward direction and are scaleable to a very large Oracle implementation.
* Clear and concise communicator to all levels (Peers / Management / Customer).
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
Prior expereince within the defense sector, and a knowledge of CRM, Financials (GL, AP, AR) and their touch points with HRMS is desirable but not essential
This position sits within a secure environment and as such candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo MOD security clearance.
