Senior Group Leader

-* Are you over 20 years old with camp experience?
* Do you have at least two years of camp experience?
* Do you have good man management and organisational skills?
* Are you extremely enthusiastic and able to boost morale?
As senior group leader you are part of the management team and will be responsible for the efficient running of the specialist holiday programme. You will also co-ordinate and support all head group leaders and be the link between Senior Camp Management and the staff team. You will be a great motivator and keep staff morale high at camp.
You will also be required to take on some additional administrative roles and you must have exceptional organisation communication and people skills. Camp experience is preferred, but not essential.

Day Camps are located at superb venues in Ascot, Bromley, Esher, Mill Hill, Northwood, Wimbledon, Woodford, Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Richmond and Blackheath.

Full training and support provided. A telephone interview and a Face to Face interview in London will be required. Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit.

If successful at your face to face interview you will be required to attend compulsory Management Assessment and training weekends in Kent in May and June 2012
